We've had it for the better part of a month and we seem to be dealing with it as well if not better than most other municipalities.

At least it keeps the crazy drivers in their over pimped out rice rockets with thin tires at home.

The resident capitalists here missed a money making opportunity.
Could have packed snow into a 3m by
2m box, add in a carrot, four round stones, a hat and instruction manual.
and sold them as Snowman kits. Assembly required.
