Trudeau minus the mania
Liberal candidate and political celebrity Justin Trudeau hit Burnaby today during his Lower Mainland visit. Trudeau visited a school and a seniors' centre while in Burnaby.

Dont tell me Trudeau's descendant, also an instant star candidate if declared a candidate, is planning to run in BC. Not even the safest incumbent in the province, Peter Julian can match him in any H2H contest. Since David Emerson turned however, Liberals have been having a hard time defining themselves in the province with current most prominent Liberal MP being Ujjal Dosanj. Maybe having Trudeau taking on Julian is not such a bad idea after all.
No worries there.
Wishful thinking if anyone thinks that Justin Trudeau will take on Peter Julian.

Stick to Peter Julian? Funny how Peter who ran next to Colleen and Derek in 2002 and lost now outranks both in NDP hierarchy (and pay scale too). One is not too sure of the ideological gap between a Trudeau liberal and a moderate NDP, but with all the speculation of Corrigan ready to turn to take on Julian, who is to say Liberals cant do a double turn and have Colleen taking on Corrigan's successor. Just ask Trudeau if his dad would have preferred to advocate for peace from the government side or from the opposition side.
Anyone who wants to relive the Pierre Elliott Trudeau days as being the best for Canada is either being insane or chewing something funny.

Just want to congratulate Joyce Murray's election victory. who was previously a disgraced MLA in her prior riding after closing down a hospital in her home riding. Trudeau's visit to the riding must have helped gathering the female voters back to Murray. He certainly outranks Libby Davis (or either Buranby MP) in popularity among women. I hope he runs.
