Burning bridges with the Greens

Rumour has it that Burnaby area Green Party members gathered this past weekend to discuss issues relating to the Gateway Program. The general consensus out of the meeting is that the environmentalist wing of the party (is there another wing of the Green Party?) got their way and are pushing forward with their more environmentally friendly plan which does not include more bridges and roads for those nasty, air-polluting automobiles.

Wonder where Ron Churchill is in all of this?

Consider that Ron was busy organizing the local Greenies to try and prevent the NDP from getting elected in last spring's election and had brought Adrianne Carr to the Team Burnaby Nomination Meeting last fall.

Last I heard, "Handcuffs Ronnie" was eyeing up taking a federal run for the Conservatives in one of the Burnaby ridings while helping his TEAMster ally Gary Eyre go for the other one.
Bill and Peter are safe if that's the case.

Ron will never make it.

Best have Ron stay out of politics.

Ron can't figure out what he wants to be.

Ron's a loose cannon on a wooden deck with weak raillings. Maybe
Ron will roll around on the deck,
and fall through the railing and splash into the water.

Anyone know if George D is going to run again or has he made his millions yet.

Hopefully not. A higher quality candidate is needed, and it's certainly not George D or Ron.
