Harry Bloy and the BC Liberals
Burquitlam BC Liberal MLA Harry Bloy has recently begun a new e-mail update to constituents and other interested individuals. In that update there is a banner at the top of the e-mails featuring Mr. Bloy in a position similar to that of Gordon Campbell on the banner the BC Liberal Party uses on its homepage.
With careful inspection, one can see where Gordon Campbell was cut out and replaced by Harry Bloy. Local New Democrats say that this is the same banner Bloy used during the May 2005 election and note that all other BC Liberal candidates used the Gordon Campbell and the BC Liberals banner in their advertisments while Bloy used "Harry Bloy and the BC Liberals" instead.
Could this be the latest attempt by Bloy to gain publicity for his re-election bid in 2009 or is he planning on making a run at the Liberal leadership like his former fellow Burnaby-Coquitlam area MLA Christy Clark?

the party, and hellooo NDP.

Harry is self-centred, its frightening.
The constituents of Burquitlam. If they only knew what they could have had in a real Liberal MLA
if the membership there hadn't chosen Harry.
So I gather from this ("Harry and the BC Liberals") that Harry thinks himself as being more important than the membership within the BC Liberals?
That's what one would read into it,
Harry first, BC Liberals second. Sounds like the BC Liberals are beholden to Harry.
Harry's bigger and more important than the membership?
How about "The BC Liberals and Harry"?
That puts the party first, then the person second.
Which is where it should be, and
is for most parties...
..except the BC Liberals.
I guess Campbell Liberals sounds a hell of a lot better than Blowhard Bloy Liberals.

That should read Harry Bloy as the leader of the *liberals* would be a wet dream for the NDP.
Harry Bloy being completely out of politics would be a wet dream for alot of people.
I didnt know Carole James could have wet dreams.

Jeez people, you either scared Robert off with your talks of Carole James' wet dreams, or made him take two weeks of personal time.

The real nightmare is Harry Bloy.
Geez, the email newsletter of his is put together by amateurs who don't know how to do a good job.
It reflects badly on the MLA when there's a junky job done.
