Julian on New Westminster's newest resident
Paul Callow, the "Balcony Rapist," arrived in New Westminster the other day. Mayor Wayne Wright called him a "time bomb." Peter Julian did not make the first comment but CKNW now has Julian's comments after he appeared on radio.

Strict parole conditions ....
Does Julian have a mental disorder or is he is just naive and/or dishonest.
There is not such thing in Canada. Especially when dealing with these creepy rapists.
He has no parole period as he served his whole sentence.
I wonder if Julian realizes that his voting against tougher rules is the problem here.
There'no parole, but there are strict conditions, but even though, a creep like that should be
locked up.
Wonder if Julian is so coddling to him, if Peter would take him in as a house guest.
