Paul Martin comes to Burnaby

Tomorrow Liberal leader Paul Martin will follow in the footsteps of Conservative leader Stephen Harper and NDP leader Jack Layton when he visits Burnaby. Prime Minister Martin will be at the Gizeh Shrine Centre at 3550 Wayburne Way tomorrow morning at 10:30am. Tickets are available from local campaigns.

On the first weekend of the campaign both Harper and Layton visited Burnaby ridings. Earlier this week Layton was at Byrne Creek Secondary School.

Obviously you didn't learn much at school, such as proper punctuation and grammar; perhaps you should go back there?

Obviously the federal Liberals didn't learn their fundamentals when it comes to sound business ethics.

If the antics of the federal Liberals occured in business, the offending persons would be kicked
out the door like a football on Grey Cup day.

Speaking of the Grey Cup; it'll take the ethics of a liberal for the Lions to win one at this rate.

The Lions have more talent on the playing field than the federal Liberals.

If it took the ethics of a federal
Liberal to win just one regular game early in the season for the Lions, the Lions would be the worst team in the league with a
very long losing streak.

Speaking of the BC Lions I see Mr Blue Box recycler himself Ian Waddell is running for office yet again. This is the moron who attended the Louie Passaglia retirement game and represented the then NDP BC government and kept on calling him Louie Pissaglier in front of over 50,000 people at BC Place. Very embarrassing but what do you expect from the NDP.

...making the fast ferries for $454 million.

What do you expect from the Liberals? Selling those same ferries for $10 million under scrap value to political friends, who plan to use the ferries to set up a run to compete with BC ferries, costing the taxpayer even more money.

Someone doesn't have their facts straight.

Since when was Washington Marine Group friends of the BC Liberals?
Cite where there is evidence of
WMG being "political friends"?

Why blame the BC Liberals? It was
the NDP that built the boats in the first place as a grandiose plan to help create jobs by building aluminium ships.

If WMG can make money off what is now rightfully theirs, all the more power to them

The NDP tried to sell them for $40 million before they got dumped. If they had been re-elected those chumps would have probably not even got $20 million for them.

If Gordon Campbell hadn't screwed up in the 1996 provincial election, the fastcats would never have been built in the first place because the NDP would have been in their rightful place. In Opposition.

- Why else would the Liberals sell them for so cheap? To embarass the NDP but also screw the taxpayer out of 10 mil?

"Why blame the BC Liberals? It was

- why? because they sold them for the lowest possible bid, screwing me and other taxpayers out of money

The federal Liberals could learn from that statment. They and Martin keep saying the same things over and over until the voting public can't stand them any longer and hopefully will vote them out.
