B and E on Nuraney

Word on the street is that Burnaby-Willingdon MLA John Nuraney's office at the Burnaby Centre strip mall on Kingsway between Willingdon and Boundary was the site of a break-in over the course of the weekend. The Burnaby Centre has been the site of many crimes in the past with its setback from traffic on Kingsway providing cover to many a thief.

"Mayor Corrigan said...Burnaby was going to end the year Crime free?"

- No crimes? Either you or Corrigan was smoking something, and my money isn't on Corrigan. He's blustery enough without help.

Wow another crime issue there are too many to mention. Like the RCMP say there are too many to mention so they decide what news releases go out and which don't. Maybe Corrigan should tell Nuraney not to run a US style office either.

look to the "news leader"12/ 22/ 05 page 2 for the facts Burnaby has zip for cops, lock your doors hide your cash, buy a gun.

buy a gun.

Ya right. What if the robber grabs it and decides to see if it works and uses you as a target.

Smart move.

Asking whether a robber can rob a gun from you is like asking whether you can break a brick with your bare hands. It's possible, but let's see you do it.
